Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I book in?
A: Check out the booking in page…it’s simply a call away
Q: What do I do when I arrive on site?
A: Just tell the security staff when you arrive that you are on site for the event and they will direct you to the correct location on our site
Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes, with a site as large as ours, there’s always room for parking!
Q: Can I get there on public transport?
A: The two closest rail stations are Rugby or Market Harborough. You will then have to take a 20 minute taxi journey to our site
Q: What is the best route to get to the Bruntingthorpe site?
A: Check out our directions on www.bruntingthorpe.com/directions
Q: Are there local hotels?
A: There are over 1000 rooms within 25-30 minutes of the site, with budgets to suit most people. Check out www.bruntingthorpe.com/accommodation . Make sure that you quote that you will be coming to an event on the Bruntingthorpe site as a number of them offer discounts when attending our site.
Q: Is there catering on site?
A: If you are attending the site for an event, then the likelihood is that the organiser will have organised refreshments for you during your stay on site. We certainly will have arranged it if it’s for a Big Thunder corporate hospitality event. Failing that, we do have a café on site that is open from 7.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Q: Is there a minimum number of people for Big Thunder corporate driving days?
A: We would recommend a minimum of 8-10 people, simply to keep our costs to a minimum. The more people you can invite, then the cheaper it becomes per person!
Q: Do you do individual driving experiences?
A: We’re afraid that we cannot support individual driver experiences. We specialise in group events for groups of 10-100 people
Q: What should I wear if attending a Big Thunder corporate driving day?
A: We would recommend casual, comfy clothes. Training shoes are also recommended. Ladies should avoid wearing skirts or dresses. Don’t worry though, we have full driving suits to wear and wet weather gear should the weather be inclement.
